LCPA's membership year runs May 1 through April 30.
Includes current CPA Active (licensed), Inactive CPA, or Retired CPA with a valid CPA certificate (in good standing with the State Board). Your membership category is based on your current position or the type of industry in which you work.

|Family/Employment Leave (subject to approval)|
Members on family or employment leave from their professional position in excess of six months may qualify for reduced dues of $175 until the member resumes active status. This option is subject to approval and annual renewal.
|Retired (full-time from active status)|
A member must be retired full-time from active status in any profession or business, whether or not related to an accounting function. The reduction in dues shall cease when the member resumes active full-time or part-time status.
LCPA also offers affiliate categories for future CPAs. Affiliates do not have voting rights but do qualify for other benefits such as discounted CPE and CPA Exam Prep discounts.
Individuals who have graduated from college and are studying/sitting for Uniform CPA Exam, or have passed the Uniform CPA Exam and are working toward meeting the experience requirement for licensure; subject to renewal
Enrolled in a Louisiana college working toward the 150-hour requirement to become a CPA; this is a dual membership in LCPA and the American Institute of CPAs; subject to renewal
