Overview

The SECURE Act 2.0 changed many requirements and opportunities for retirement plans. The passage of the initial legislation left many questions unanswered, and left companies wondering what they should do. Anne Oestriecher will provide a summary of the changes, and the “correcting” legislation that fixes the holes in the original language. You will leave with specific recommendations about which options should be included in your retirement plans, and which ones are better left out!

This lunchtime, 2-hour program gives you time to take care of business before and after the presentation. And it all happens live — giving you the chance to ask presenters the questions you need answered.
