Company Senior Accountant  

Responsibilities include:

• Account analysis and reconciliation, especially cash and credit line
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for accuracy. Must be familiar with in-house Financial statement preparation and open to learning a proprietary company computer accounting system. Must be able to work with others in the accounting process while still maintaining integrity and confidentiality. Reports directly to the owner.  
• Work with an outside CPA for monthly financial statement close, company tax returns, and outside financial statements. 
• Prepare monthly sales tax and excise tax returns in a timely manner. 
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines are required. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation. 
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processing on a computer system is preferred.  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.  Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Salary $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience.
