Retired-Minded Sole Practitioner with Metairie firm established in 1981 interested in the sale or merger of a Tax, Accounting, Consulting, and Financial practice. Small office, one assistant, and one part-time staff during tax season. Financial practice can be separated if a non-licensed advisor is not on staff.  Owner is available to assist with transition.
