TEST YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE THE WEBINAR
Ensure that you’ll be able to access your live webinar and stream both audio and video by testing your system now. To start the test and access downloadable tech support documents, click here. Please note: this room is open for testing Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
ACCESSING WEBINAR MATERIALS
Your webinar materials are accessible via your Surgent account. New users, click here to create an account. If you are creating a new account, your username should be the same as the email address you used when purchasing this webinar. Existing users, visit SurgentCPE, click “Login” at the top right of the screen and enter your username and password. If you do not remember your password, press the "Forgot?" button to receive a password reset email.
Once logged in, the page will refresh to display your account menu on the left side. Your webinar is located under the “My Webinar Registrations” tab. Click on the vertical ellipsis (3 vertical dots) and choose “Access Materials” from the drop-down menu.

ATTENDANCE CHECKS
At various intervals throughout the webinar, attendance checks will pop up on your screen with a button to click. Please click the button each time to verify your attendance. You must respond to at least 75% of the attendance checks correctly to earn full credit. Credit will be deducted if responses are recorded for less than 75% of the attendance checks. At the conclusion of the webinar, a CPE certificate will be emailed to you. Please note: Participants viewing as a group do not need to respond to attendance checks (see below).
CPE CREDIT FOR GROUPS

Select a proctor for the group. The proctor is responsible for making sure that participants write their name on the form, indicate their arrival time and departing time, and sign. Following the webinar, the proctor should verify the information, sign, and date the form. Proctors may scan and email the form to info@surgent.com or fax to (610) 688-3977. No CPE credit can be issued for any members of the group until this form has been received. Firms should also retain a copy for their records.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS TO THE PRESENTER DURING THE WEBINAR
You can type questions to the presenter using the online "question" pane. For group settings, one person can submit questions from the group. The presenter will answer as many questions as possible during one or more designated Q&A sessions during the webinar.
