Meet the Speakers
John GrubbsKeynote Speaker, Trainer, and Best-Selling Author
John Grubbs is rapidly becoming one of world's foremost experts on generational change in the workplace. His ability to deliver relevant, high-quality information in a fun and entertaining way has earned him many keynote speaking opportunities with national associations and Fortune 50 companies. Born in New Orleans, LA, Earl LeBlanc is the President of Experience Works Training Consultants, LLC. and has trained over 30,000 people in 40 countries. As an International Consultant with over 30 years of experience he has lead workshops in Corporate Teambuilding, Performance Coaching, Leadership Development, Experiential Education and Building Safety Performance Cultures.

As the Director of Information Technology Services, Les manages the team of specialists that both supports the technological infrastructure of Bourgeois Bennett and provides individualized technology services to the firm’s diverse client base.
Les has specialized experience in the areas of systems analysis, technology management consulting, database management and information systems training. He regularly addresses academic, community and professional groups and organizations on a variety of technology topics and provides technology training to the firm’s staff. He is one of LCPA’s highest rated speakers.
Active in the community, Les is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans. He is a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Pastoral Council. He is also an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts. He is a member of the Louisiana Technology Council and the American Institute of CPAs Technology Sector. Les is also a member of Technology Section for AGN North America, an international association of 200 accounting and consulting firms.
Skyra RideauxSkyra Rideaux, LLC
Skyra Rideaux is a first generation college graduate and is known among her peers as a community idealist and inclusion advocate. In the past year, Skyra co-created Conversation Starters, a grassroots community forum that facilitates pathways to cross-racial dialogue and launched Conversations with Leaders, a podcast that highlights young professionals leading and taking action.
Skyra was recently selected to give “The Courage to Be Unapologetically Black” as featured speaker for TEDx Vermilion Street 2017, She is a 2015 Acadiana Top 20 Under 40 honoree, a graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class 28 and a graduate of Leadership Louisiana Class 2017.
She was formerly a bomb-builder for the U.S. Navy.

Lisa uses her more than 30 years of experience to assist organizations in implementing measures to secure data and manage risks efficiently and effectively. She is a nationally recognized speaker and author and serves on the AICPA Cybersecurity Task Force. Lisa founded Traina & Associates in 1999 to provide IS security services to a broad range of industries. Traina & Associates joined CapinCrouse in January 2017.
