Preparing young talent to be leaders is a practically universal challenge for organizations, but LCPA is here to help.

The LEAD workshop is a comprehensive leadership development program for rising stars of the CPA profession. We asked managers what skills they thought their young professionals needed most and packed the agenda with those topics presented by world-class speakers. Plus, graduates of the workshop will have continued support and additional resources from LCPA to make sure they’re set up for success.
