Integrity is at the core of the CPA profession. It’s why CPAs are consistently regarded as the most trusted business advisors. And with that privilege comes great responsibility. The people you work with trust you to offer
solid advice in order to help them achieve their goals. With that in mind, you strive for excellence in all you do — and we do too.

The Louisiana State Board of CPAs required all licensed CPAs in the State of Louisiana to obtain 3 hours of CPE in the field of professional ethics in 2018. If you were required to take this course and did not complete it by the December 31, 2018 deadline, contact the State Board for appropriate preapproval/directions before registering/completing the course.
To meet this requirement, we've partnered with Louisiana's own Kurt Oestriecher and Mike Inzina, two of the nation's top instructors, to develop a program that is relevant and impactful. Between the two of them, they have
over 50 years of experience and nearly 30 state and national training awards and have served on countless ethics and regulatory committees at the state and national levels. You'll get exclusive access to seasoned
content that only comes from their unique and vast experience.
Note: This course has been approved by the State Board and covers not only the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, but also rules specific to Louisiana CPAs.
How the On-Demand Ethics Program Works
- On-demand has the flexibility of learning on your own time. You can log in anytime, 24/7, and you may start and stop the program as needed.
- Since this is an on-demand product that can be viewed at any time, the instructors will not be available to answer questions during the program as you can with the real-time webcasts.
- Throughout the program, you will be required to answer interactive questions. After you answer these questions, you will receive feedback on the correct and incorrect answers. These questions are not graded but give you a
good indication of the knowledge learned.
- At the end of the program, you must complete a 20-question exam that requires a passing grade of 75% to earn the required 3 hours of CPE credit. If you do not earn a passing grade on the first attempt, you can retake the exam
once without re-watching the program. After two unsuccessful attempts, you must replay the course in its entirety and retake the exam.
