LA Exemption for Certain COVID-19 Benefits Enacted

Louisiana Senate Bill 11 that provides an individual and corporation income tax exemption for certain state and federal COVID-19 relief benefits has been signed by the Governor and enacted effective 6/4/2021. The exemption applies both retroactively and prospectively.
