LDR Sec. Richard’s letter to LCPA regarding business E-file

Society of Louisiana CPAs' (LCPA) Advocacy Team has been working with the Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) and tax preparation software vendors on resolution of the current challenging business E-filing situation. After tax season, we will reach out to gather stories of your challenges and of the need for accepting business E-filed returns at the beginning of tax filing season. LCPA's State and Local Taxation Committee E-file Working Group will then meet with key LDR team members to share your feedback and resolve this issue.
