Please note the time has changed for this course. The course was originally scheduled as a re-broadcast, but due to the significant number of recent changes, it will now be broadcast live at 10:30a Central.

The already complex and confusing income tax provisions enacted by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) are constantly being updated and modified by new guidance issued by the Treasury Department and IRS. This course will concentrate on the federal income tax issues of the ACA affecting both individuals and businesses. Each participant will receive a comprehensive reference manual on the federal income tax provisions of the ACA.
