Course Description

Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) borrowers of $50,000 or less have an opportunity to apply for forgiveness using a simplified application that was released Thursday, October 8, by Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Under the process, these borrowers are exempt from penalties for reduction of full-time employees or employees' wages.

Kurt Oestriecher is back once again to walk you through the new application form and explain the new interim final rule (IFR 2020-0052) that provides new guidance concerning forgiveness and loan review processes. Kurt also will provide a review and update of other PPP issues since his last update, and answer practitioners’ most common questions. Don’t miss it!

**BONUS: Each participant will receive an updated Excel worksheet for the new PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Form and other previously-released worksheets that will make all necessary calculations.**

Content presented will be current at the date/time of the broadcast.
