litigation, commercial real estate, debt collection, mergers and acquisitions, federal, state and local taxation, business and corporate law and litigation. He is a frequent presenter to the public, and at continuing education seminars
for attorneys and CPAs on topics including estate planning, federal estate taxes, Medicaid and special needs trust planning, asset protection planning and corporate law.
