Eric E. Bosch

Eric is Director, Audit and Assurance Services with LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors in New Orleans. He has decades of public accounting experience providing accounting and auditing services to community-based financial institutions, manufacturing businesses, energy service companies, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations. Eric also has extensive experience with SEC registrants and has assisted several of his clients with their public offerings. Eric serves as a faculty member for the Delgado Community College 10,000 Small Business Program, which is funded by Goldman Sachs, and as an adjunct professor for the University of New Orleans in its Healthcare Management program.

Sec. 199A Lessons Learned (LL619)

IRS section 199A of the TCJA allows for up to a 20% pass-though entity deduction of qualified business income for certain business owners, trusts, and estates.
