Since Louisiana’s income tax regime “piggybacks” significant portions of the federal income tax regime, the changes at the federal level brought changes at the Louisiana level. This presentation will highlight the more significant impacts the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act had on the Louisiana income tax regime.
