Helene is an Associate Director in P&N's Consulting Services Group. Prior to joining P&N in 2012, Helene worked in human resources compliance and management for financial and healthcare organizations. Helene's experience includes serving as the human resources risk advisor for clients in a variety of industries, such as construction, manufacturing and distribution, transportation, healthcare, financial institutions, education, restaurants, non-profit and professional services. Her prior roles include governmental work as liaison in the City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge Mayor's Community Ordinance Enforcement Program

Claire Joyce, CPA

Claire is an Associate Director in the P&N Consulting Services Group.She has extensive experience providing clients with accounting services, including establishing proper accounting processes, instituting proper segregation of duties, accounting system operation, overseeing day-today accounting tasks, reviewing financial data, interviewing personnel, and financial reporting preparation. She also has experience in internal audit and compliance, including operational, financial, and compliance audits and internal control reviews. She assists a variety of clients in assessing their accounting processes and procedures, recommending improvements, and implementing best practices.
