Mike Inzina is founder and chief executive officer of Audit Litigation Training and Efficiency Consulting, Inc. (ALTEC), a consulting company serving public accounting firms and other accounting and auditing organizations on matters of audit efficiency,
continuing education, litigation and ethics. He has 40 years of public accounting experience, and remains a partner in the firm of Stagni & Company, LLC, whose practice is concentrated in government and nonprofits organizations.
Mike holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Louisiana (Monroe), where he graduated summa cum laude in May 1976.
He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Society of Louisiana CPAs, Government Finance Officers Association of Louisiana, and the Association of Government Accountants. Mike earned the CEA in governmental in 1990, was awarded the Certified Government
Financial Manager (CGFM) designation in 1996, and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation in 2012. He is a past chapter president and member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs Board of Directors and

Mike has been named twelve times as an Outstanding Instructor by the American Institute of CPAs and several state societies, and received a Special Recognition Award from the Society of Louisiana CPAs Board of Directors for his contributions to continuing

Peter Ricchiuti (Ri-Chooty) is the business professor you WISHED you had back in college!
His humor and insight have earned him numerous teaching awards at Tulane University where he created and runs the nationally acclaimed Burkenroad Reports (www.burkenroad.org) student stock research program.
Peter is a graduate of Babson College and began his career with the investment firm of Kidder Peabody in Boston. He later managed Louisiana’s $3 billion investment portfolio while serving as the assistant state treasurer.
From Jackson Hole to Jupiter, Peter has addressed more than 1100 groups in 47 states and several countries. He has been featured in BARRON’S, Kiplinger’s, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. He also hosts a popular weekly business show on
National Public Radio in New Orleans called “Out To Lunch.”
Plus, Peter is a husband, dad and author who has attended baseball games at all 30 current major league ballparks.
Walker serves as a senior manager in the assurance practice for EY.
He serves clients in the oil & gas industry, including both exploration and production and oilfield service clients in the public and private sectors. Areas of accounting in which he specializes include: business combinations, derivatives, asset retirement
obligations, inventory, asset impairment, debt, and leases. He has also been a facilitator for both in-person and e-learning training sessions and has been recognized as a “ Top Facilitator” on multiple occasions. Walker
also serves in various capacities within the f irm’s quality group.
In the community, Walker serves on the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, St. Martin’s Episcopal School. He is also the President of the Board of the Louisiana SPCA. At EY, he leads t he firm’s fundraising committee for Light the Night (the primary
Fall fundraiser for t he Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) where EY’s New Orleans office was recognized as the top corporate team in 2017 . Walker is also an alumnus of the Young Leadership Council, being a former project
leader for the Proud to Call It Home project.
Walker lives in New Orleans with his wife (Margaret), 10 month old son (Ogden), and dog (Abby). He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College and a master’s in accountancy from Wake Forest University.
Ted Stacey is a retired partner at Bourgeois Bennett, L.L.C., a CPA and consulting firm in New Orleans. While there, he handled a variety of tax matters and specializes in tax research and planning for individuals and businesses.
Ted received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University of New Orleans and his masters from the University of New Orleans. He taught accounting at the University of Texas at Austin and is now on the faculties of both Loyola and the University of
Ted is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Tax Section. He is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and has received the Society's Distinguished Service Award and Outstanding Discussion
Ted has discussed tax issues on many of the New Orleans radio and television stations and has addressed many local, state and national organizations. After Hurricane Katrina, he worked closely with the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants
and the IRS concerning the disaster and its related tax issues.
Ted has been a speaker at the AICPA National Industry Conference and the AICPA Conference on Tax Strategies for the High Income Individual. He has also led seminars for the Society of Louisiana Certified Accountants and for its chapters.
Ted is a recipient of the Monte M. Lemann Award in recognition of his contributions to Louisiana Civil Service.
Julie Stokes, CPA
In addition to her work as a State Representative, Julie is actively involved with the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, the University of New Orleans Alumni Association, the Louisiana Society of CPAs and local economic development activities, including
the Kenner Economic Development Committee. She is Chairman of the Sales Tax Streamlining and Modernization Commission which has been working tirelessly to bring repair to the state's fractured sales tax system. Rep. Stokes
is also Vice Chair of the Legislative Audit Advisory Committee and serves as one of only two interim members on the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget. She also serves on the House Executive Committee, Ways and Means,
Health and Welfare, and Joint Legislative Committee on Capital Outlay.
Nationally, Stokes serves on the Executive Committee of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL). She is very actively involved with the Task Force on State and Local Taxation of NCSL. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Budgets and Revenues
Standing Committee of NCSL.
She was recognized nationwide as one of a handful of State "Tax Legislators of the Year" by State Tax Notes and received an award for "Outstanding Achievement in State Tax Reform" from the Tax Foundation for her work on Sales Tax reform in Louisiana.
She received the Southwest Chamber Louisiana's Fusion Five Award for best new up-and- coming legislator in 2015. In 2016, she was named one of four "Women of Distinction" by the Girl Scouts of Louisiana East. She has also been honored as one of New Orleans
City Business Magazine's "Women of the Year" in both 2003 and 2014.
Rep. Stokes traveled the state of Louisiana with the Committee of 100 in 2015 and 2016 as one of the lead speakers on Tax Reform in Louisiana, earning accolades from many media outlets such as the New Orleans Advocate, the Baton Rouge Business Report,
and WKRF as one of the most knowledgeable Louisiana legislators in the field of Louisiana's fiscal environment.
Before public life, Rep. Stokes served as a Commissioner of the Regional Transit Authority and as President of the Chateau Estates Civic Organization, the Accounting and Financial Women's Alliance, and the Jefferson Chamber Young Leaders.
Rep. Stokes resides in Kenner with her husband Larry and their two children, Brandon and Taylor. She attended Jefferson Parish Public Schools, and attending the University of New Orleans on full scholarship where she received her Bachelor's of Science
in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude.
In 2017, Rep. Stokes sought to become Louisiana's State Treasurer but exited the race after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She is currently running to be the next Secretary of State.
Lisa uses her more than 30 years of experience to assist organizations in implementing measures to secure data and manage risks efficiently and effectively. She is a nationally recognized speaker and author, and serves on the AICPA Cybersecurity Task

Candace E. Wright, CPA/CFF, is a Director in the P&N Accounting & Assurance Services Group. Candy joined the firm in 1985 and became a director in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, she was an accountant with a multi-state pharmaceutical company.
Candy has experience working with financial institutions, non-profit entities, governmental organizations, employee benefit plans, healthcare organizations, and manufacturers. She also serves as the Service Line Leader for the P&N Accounting and Assurance
Services Group. She is the team captain of many of the peer reviews performed by the firm.
