Review of Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct (Chapter 17 of LAC 46:XIX). AICPA Professional Code of Conduct - Section 1 will be covered in depth for licensees in public practice. In addition to covering every rule and many of the relevant interpretations, case studies will be used to emphasize the code.
