Leader Bios
Robert Angelico
Bob Angelico is a nationally-known tax lawyer at Liskow & Lewis with years of experience helping top-tier companies with sophisticated state and local tax issues throughout Louisiana. As the head of the firm’s tax practice group, Bob works to minimize the taxes of his clients, which include manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, non-profits, construction businesses and other entities of all types and sizes.
Clients frequently rely on Bob to represent them in state and local tax audits and administrative appeals as alternatives to the court system. Bob works extensively with the Louisiana Department of Revenue, Louisiana Tax Commission, Louisiana Board of Tax Appeals and local taxing authorities around the state. In addition, he represents clients involved in state tax litigation, and parish and local tax litigation, at both the trial and appellate court levels.
Bob’s training and credentials set him apart. He is a Board Certified Tax Specialist – as certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization – and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Bob is immediate past president and managing partner of Liskow & Lewis.
Brandon Lagarde
Brandon is a Director in the Postlethwaite & Netterville Tax Services Group, where he concentrates his practice on tax planning and consulting for federal and state income taxes and state and local sales and use tax.
Brandon works with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries and assists those businesses with navigating the tax complexities of today's highly regulated environment. Brandon has extensive experience assisting clients with tax issues associated with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (aka "Federal Tax Reform"), the Affordable Care Act, Louisiana income and sales taxation, tax planning for closely-held business, trusts and estates, multi-state planning and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kurt Oestriecher
Kurt is partner in charge of accounting and auditing services with Oestriecher & Company, CPAs, in Alexandria, and is also involved in litigation support and small business consulting engagements.
Kurt is a 3-time recipient of LCPA’s Outstanding Discussion Leader Award and has been named an Outstanding Discussion Leader for the AICPA 10 times. Kurt has served on the Accounting and Review Services Committee, AICPA Council, and has authored several courses for the AICPA and LCPA.
Paul Perry
Paul Perry has been with the Firm since 2004 and is a Member and the practice leader of the Security, Risk and Controls Group. Paul and his team focus on cybersecurity, information technology related projects, risk assessments, internal controls, internal audit and control-related projects, including System and Organization Control engagements.
Paul is also the leader of the Firm’s Data Analysis Group, a team of individuals within the Firm who provide data analysis solutions to both internal and external clients. For more than 11 years, he specialized in auditing and assurance services. Paul has extensive experience serving clients in the nonprofit, governmental, financial, insurance and healthcare facilities/hospital industries during this time. Paul has earned the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification. This credential is awarded to CPAs who possess both information technology and business expertise.
Paul is a thought leader, published columnist and regular speaker on topics such as cybersecurity, data analysis, internal controls and information technology. During the year, Paul performs 20+ external presentations on a wide variety of technology and control related topics to groups including corporate clients, ASCPA, HFMA, IIA and ISACA.

Fred is a senior partner at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson Law Firm where he practices in the labor and employment law section which represents management nationwide.
Prior to serving as an officer in the United States Army, Fred earned both his undergraduate degree in business and his law degree from Louisiana State University. He has been representing management in labor and employment law matters for more than 30 years. Fred is past Chairman of both the Louisiana and New Orleans Bar Association Labor Law Sections.
