Andrew Albritton

Andrew Albritton represents the firm’s clients in a wide variety of matters. Whether advising management on labor and employment best practices and litigation prevention, or defending clients’ interests when products liability claims or government investigations arise, Andrew is skilled at developing a rapport with and understanding of his clients that equips him to get the results they seek. The comfort level Andrew develops with clients leads to more efficient and effective representation.

In his employment advisory role, Andrew assists with drafting and implementing effective policies and procedures, providing guidance on particular employment scenarios, and complying with regulatory standards. When disputes arise, Andrew represents clients in litigation as well as alternative resolution forums. He supports clients in matters relating to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Labor Relations Act (LRA), Equal Employment Opportunity Act (EEOA), and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and numerous state standards and regulations.

Andrew is skilled in products liability defense, representing clients in cases ranging from single-plaintiff personal injury matters to complex insurance disputes. Magdalen Bickford

Magdalen Blessey Bickford is Chair of McGlinchey’s Labor and Employment section and Managing Member of the firm’s New Orleans office. Mag represents businesses and management in labor and employment litigation and provides general legal counsel on a variety of workforce matters. As a provider of management counsel, training, and education, Mag advises employers on best practices in the workplace and on drafting and implementing effective policies and procedures. Because the regulatory framework is constantly evolving, Mag helps clients navigate the changes in statutes such as the FLSA, LRA, EEOA, FMLA, ADA, and other laws. Additionally, she has successfully advocated on behalf of management in courts and administrative agencies in several states and before the EEOC and NLRB. With extensive litigation experience, Mag has also represented several non-profit and educational institutions in addition to her corporate clients.

Michael Brand

Known as a nationally acclaimed, accounting industry expert and speaker, Michael (Mike) has been involved in all aspects of public accounting, with an emphasis in providing accounting, auditing and review services to clients in the for-profit, nonprofits and governmental sectors.

In addition to teaching, Mike regularly speaks at conferences nationwide and in various other countries. He conducts peer reviews across the United States and was formerly on the Peer Review Board, Joint Trial Board, and Quality Control Standards Task Force of the AICPA. He is the current co-chair of the Engage Conference (the AICPA's largest conference held over multiple days with thousands of attendees).

Camille Bryant

Camille Bryant is a Member in our Labor and Employment and Product Liability practice groups. Based in our New Orleans office, she guides employers through a wide range of employment law issues, whether through litigation or advice and counsel. In the areas of litigation, Camille has experience representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action litigation. She is well versed in advising employers with respect to independent contractor classification, non-compete agreements, counsel and discipline, wage and hour issues, and employment discrimination. She also advises clients on issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act, including places of public accommodation and website accessibility, and she conducts investigations and trainings for clients. She also negotiates collective bargaining agreements and has coordinated anti-union campaign efforts.

As a products liability attorney, Camille represents manufacturers of automobiles, heavy equipment, and other consumer products in all phases of litigation from discovery through settlement or trial. She assists experts of various disciplines in scene inspections and investigations to identify strategies for rebutting defect theories. She also uses her science background to assist in overall defense strategy and case management, with a particular focus on expert depositions, Daubert challenges, and motions for summary judgment.

T Fair

Jeff is the owner and CEO of American Planning Corporation, a consulting firm that specializes in financial and strategic planning, investment banking services and regulatory rehabilitation for financial institutions.  American Planning currently serves as an outsourced CFO for 45 community banks ranging in size from under $50 million to over $4 billion in assets.  Over the last 28 years, he has assisted in the successful formation of 16 banks (total capital raised > $200 million), completed over 75 merger and acquisition projects and performed over 700 stock valuations.  

Jeff holds a Masters of Finance from Louisiana State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and the Certified Valuation Analyst designation.  He has served as a course instructor for the LSU Graduate School of Banking and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and speaks regularly on banking and finance topics. 

Jeff lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with his wife and son.  When not working, you can find him at his duck camp or at an LSU baseball game.

Nene Gianfala

Ms. Gianfala is a Vice President of the Valuation Advisory group with 14 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and business valuations. She joined Chaffe & Associates, Inc. as a Financial Analyst Intern in June 2007, and upon completion of the internship, joined the company.

Ms. Gianfala performs intellectual property and intangible asset valuations for purchase price allocations, impairment testing, internal intangible asset management, portfolio valuation, and litigation support.

Ms. Gianfala provides business valuation services to public and private companies for estate, gift and income tax planning, financial reporting, corporate planning, employee stock ownership plans, and litigation.

Taylor Gilbert

Mr. Gilbert works in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Chaffe & Associates, Inc., having joined the firm in 2012 as a financial analyst.  He specializes in deal execution, database and market research, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning and financial analysis of critical business decisions for clients in various industries.

Prior to joining Chaffe & Associates, Mr. Gilbert provided start-up consulting services to a clean energy company based in New Orleans. Mr. Gilbert began his career in the film industry and went on to work for several years in project management at the American Heart Association in Dallas.

Mr. Gilbert holds a B.A. from Tulane University in Political Economy and an M.B.A. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

J. Inzina

J. Michael Inzina is founder and CEO of Audit Litigation Training and Efficiency Consulting, Inc. (ALTEC), a consulting company serving public accounting firms and other accounting and auditing organizations on matters of audit efficiency, continuing education, litigation and ethics.

Mike has been named Outstanding Instructor by the American Institute of CPAs and several state societies 13 times, and has served on several national committees, including: AICPA Professional Ethics Executive Committee, Auditing Standards Board, AICPA Independence and Behavioral Standards Subcommittee and Governmental Technical Standards Committee.

Bonnie Marcantel

Bonnie Marcantel, CPA, CCIFP, is a Director in the P&N Accounting and Assurance Services Group. Prior to joining P&N in 2003, Bonnie worked for a big four accounting firm.

Bonnie serves as the firm’s team leader in the employee benefit plan (EBP) arena. This includes training P&N’s EBP team members which consists of over 60 professionals on relevant accounting and auditing standards as well as designing template materials to ensure audit quality.  P&N audits over 200 full and limited scope plans. Bonnie serves as director or second review director of many of the firm’s pension plans including defined contribution, multi-employer, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. She is currently the firm’s designated partner with the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.

Bonnie serves as a team member numerous peer reviews where her focus is heavily focused on employee benefit plan engagements.  

Bonnie also previously served as a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center’s Executive Committee, and through this committee has served on various sub-committees in the design and implementation of Center resources during her tenure. Bonnie regularly instructs and attends Society of Louisiana CPA (LCPA) courses as well as AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Conferences.

In addition to her employee benefit plan practice, Bonnie serves as a leader in the firm’s industrial niche practice where she serves as the director for many of P&N’s industrial client audits.  Additionally, she is heavily involved with P&N’s college recruiting programs and is involved with professional organizations at various local universities.

Rajesh Narayanan

Dr. Narayanan (Nuh-raay-nan) is the Herman Moyse/LBA Professor of Finance, and the Chair of the Department of Finance in the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. 

Dr. Narayanan’s academic research focuses broadly on issues related to banking and financial markets. His recent research is on FinTech and Cryptocurrencies.  His research has been published articles in leading academic journals including the Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies and Journal of Money Credit and Banking. He has made numerous research presentations at national and internal conferences and universities. His interviews and commentary have been featured in national media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, CNN/Money, Bloomberg, Fortune as well as in regional and local media outlets such the Times Picayune, The Advocate, Baton Rouge Business report, WBRZ-TV, and WWL-Radio. 

Dr. Narayanan has mentored doctoral students, many of whom are in tenured faculty positions, organized and led international consulting projects for numerous MBA and MS students who have gone to successful careers in industry, and directed undergraduate honors students who have won national thesis awards. He has delivered lectures to and conducted seminars on various topics for executives and technocrats in Brazil, China, the Czech Republic, India, Malaysia and South Africa.  

Dr. Narayanan received his Ph.D. in Finance from Florida State University and has served on the faculties of University of Georgia, Ohio University and Concordia University.  He also worked as a research associate at the Federal Reserve.

Les Nettleton

Les Nettleton serves as Director of Information Technology Services for Bourgeois Bennett, CPAs and Consultants. In that capacity, he manages the team of specialists that both supports the technological infrastructure of Bourgeois Bennett and provides individualized technology services to the firm’s diverse client base.
Les has specialized experience in the areas of systems analysis, technology management consulting, database management and information systems training. He regularly addresses academic, community and professional groups and organizations, both locally and nationally, on a variety of technology topics and provides technology training to the firm’s staff.  Les was awarded the 2020 Outstanding CPE Discussion Leader by the Louisiana State Society of CPAs after receiving the highest overall speaker rating for 2020.
Active in the community, Les is on the Board of Directors of Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans. He is a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Pastoral Council. He is also an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs Technology Sector. Les is also a member of Technology Section for AGN North America, an international association of 200 accounting and consulting firms.

Whit Slocum

Mr. Slocum is a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Chaffe & Associates, Inc., which focuses on providing M&A services to lower middle market clients across a broad spectrum of industries. He specializes in valuations, database and industry research of public equity and debt markets, as well as the construction of offering memorandums and other marketing documents.

Mr. Slocum communicates with public and private strategic and financial buyers to coordinate and assist in all aspects of a sales process, including due diligence and the negotiation of confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions and purchase documents.  In addition, he also builds business plans and financial projection models used to forecast earnings, cash flows, and budgets.  Mr. Slocum has been involved in completed M&A and debt financing transactions valued at over $850 million.

Prior to joining Chaffe & Associates, Mr. Slocum was an Associate Director in UBS’s Fund Services Department at the Wealth Management home office in New Jersey. He joined UBS as a Product Specialist in the Mutual Fund Consulting Services Department.

Jared Soileau

Jared S. Soileau, PhD, CPA, CIA, CISA, CCSA, CRMA, is an associate professor of accounting at Louisiana State University where he teaches accounting information systems and audit analytics. His research interests include external and internal auditing, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management.  Jared’s academic credentials include a B.S. in accounting and a MBA from Louisiana State University, and a Ph.D from the University of Memphis. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., Jared worked in internal auditing and information systems auditing at Ernst & Young LLP, Alcatel Inc., Avery Dennison Inc., and FedEx Services.

Jeremy Thibodeaux

Jeremy Thibodeaux is a partner in Ericksen Krentel’s Accounting and Audit Services Section, where he oversees the quality and timeliness of services to many of the firm’s audit clients with a focus on nonprofits. During his career, Jeremy has performed audits dealing with a variety of entities in industries such as governmental, construction, retail, hospitality, tourism and professional services. He also has extensive experience in auditing governmental and nonprofit entities in accordance with the Uniform Guidance.

Candace Wright

Candace E. Wright, CPA/CFF, is a Director in the P&N Accounting & Assurance Services Group. Candy joined the firm in 1985 and became a director in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, she was an accountant with a multistate pharmaceutical company.
Candy has experience working with financial institutions, non-profit entities, governmental organizations, employee benefit plans, healthcare organizations, and manufacturers. She also serves as the Service Line Leader for the P&N Accounting and Assurance Services Group. She is the team captain of many of the peer reviews performed by the firm.
Candy serves as the Chair of the Private Company
Council of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
Additionally, Candy has served on the Governmental
Audit Quality Center’s (GAQC) Executive Committee. She is a member of the LCPA’s Financial Institutions Committee, and serves as the Director in charge of the firm’s Financial Institutions Services Group.
