Tax Accountant, Lafayette

Stuller, Inc., the largest jewelry manufacturer in North America which is headquartered in Lafayette, is seeking a Tax Accountant who will be responsible for the support and assistance of all tax functions relating to the Stuller companies. This will include monthly/quarterly/annual compliance preparation and filings, preparation of reports and presentations, communication with taxing authorities, using tax knowledge in planning, and researching tax laws and regulations. 

Skills and Experience, include but are not limited to: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting  
• CPA Candidate preferred 
• 1-2 years of experience in tax accounting position  
• Professional verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products as well as Teams and Zoom 
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills  Working knowledge of Federal and Louisiana tax regulations
