A Bryson Senior Tax Preparer - CPA reviews current AND past due tax returns (particularly 1040 with Schedule C, Partnership, & Corporate Income Tax Returns) for clients of Bryson Accounting & Tax Service, LLC, with a particular understanding that a large number of clients will be referred from Bryson Law Firm, LLC and will thus require a great deal of attention, patience, persistence, and time-management.

This job involves the gathering of detailed information from clients in a diligent, customer-service-oriented manner and involves working with the internal office staff of Bryson Accounting and Tax Service, LLC and Bryson Law Firm, LLC to prepare accurate and complete returns in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate also possesses the following character traits and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of tax preparation experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field REQUIRED
• PTIN REQUIRED
• CPA Certification REQUIRED
• Ability to prepare tax returns according to/with knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles REQUIRED
• High energy and self-motivation
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Effective communication skills; customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with and capable of providing accounting and tax guidance
• Solid experience with accounting and tax software
