Executive Director of Tax and Compliance, Lafayette

Stuller, Inc., the largest jewelry manufacturer in North America which is headquartered in Lafayette, is seeking an Executive Director of Tax and Compliance who will be responsible for all tax matters and lead all efforts to identify, plan, develop and execute strategic tax initiatives and day-to-day business operations to benefit the Company’s operations and financial results. This position will be further responsible for creating strong processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all tax reporting and filings and ensure compliance with domestic and limited international tax requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders as well as executive leaders and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills and Experience, include but are not limited to:

• Must possess active credential: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with strong tax experience with recent exposure to partnership, S Corporation and C Corporation entities and extensive knowledge of tax laws
• CPA with 10 or more years of recent experience preparing high income and complex federal and various state partnership, S corp and C corp tax returns
• Experience with multi-state sales and use tax compliance
