Larry Clark, Chancellor of LSU-Shreveport

Larry Clark is the Chancellor at LSU-Shreveport and has an extensive background in both academia and law. Mr. Clark's career began as an instructor of business law at Northern Illinois University. From there, he served as an officer in the Judge Advocate General's Office before returning to academia where he has served in various roles from professor to chancellor. Mr. Clark has published several leading textbooks and authored related articles in the Journal of Accountancy. Mr. Clark has also helped formulate questions for the CPA Exam's business law section and assisted with its grading.
