Can I subscribe to the desktop applications only or must I also accept unneeded cloud services, such as Exchange-based email or SharePoint? With Office 365, must I store all of my data in the cloud? Must all of my staff be on the same version of Office 365? What upgrade fees will my organization face when a new version of Office is released?
