John E. Theriot II, CPA, CGMA is managing partner in the Alexandria, Louisiana accounting firm of Knight-Masden CPAs, APAC. His practice concentrates on small businesses and information technology consulting.

John is active in the Louisiana Society of CPAs and has served on the Business Consulting Committee since 1999, serving as chairman for two years. He has also served on the CPE and Technology Committees. In addition, he is a past president of the LCPA Central Louisiana Chapter and is a CPA Ambassador for the AICPA.
