Liason to State Board of CPAs Committee
Committee Structure & Function
This committee shall consist of the President, President-elect and Treasurer. The Chair shall be the President-Elect and the Executive Director/Secretary shall be an ex-officio member of the committee.
With the assistance of the Society’s staff, the objectives of this Committee are:
1. To provide liaison between Society and State Board of CPAs.
2. To represent Society Board Policy before State Board of CPAs.
3. To provide assistance to State Board of CPAs.
4. To assist State Board in reviewing CPAs’ CPE files selected for audit.
5. To coordinate with State Board joint research projects including a longitudinal study on CPE.
