The
Chief Financial Officer is an integral part of
the Senior Management Team, reporting directly

Experience & Qualifications: 15
years experience in accounting including accounting
specific to non-profit corporations and have
demonstrated familiarity with all stages of SEC
reporting and all GASB/FASB regulations. Experience
in not-for-profit accounting in accordance with
U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles,
IRS regulations as they pertain to non-profits.
Solid working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically

The position of Controller will oversee accounting
operations for this fast paced and growing company,
with over 125 restaurant operations in 5 states.
Responsibilities include; production of periodic
financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system
of accounting records and compliance with GAAP

providing feedback and guidance with regard to
financial results. The Controller will report to

Desired Qualifications: Qualified candidate will
have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a CPA and/or
MBA and 5-7 years of business experience including
a CPA Firm, or in a managerial position within
the private sector. Working knowledge of accounting
systems, such as Sage MAS500 or comparable program
is desired. Candidate should be proficient in Excel,
have working knowledge of other Microsoft Office
products, including financial analytical tools.
