
AICPA Rebate Policy Change Notice
Attendance at an AICPA 8-hour program allows AICPA members to receive a $30 rebate.*
Previously, attendees were mailed a rebate check following the course. Starting June 25, 2008, all applicable AICPA Rebates will automatically be reflected in the course fee. This enables attendees to benefit immediately from the rebate program.
Registering Online
When you log on to the LCPA’s website to register for an AICPA course, the database determines what discounts, if any, you qualify for based on your current member/non-member status. AICPA rebates are in addition to regular LCPA member CPE discounts. The course fee you see when registering online, along with the LCPA confirmation/invoice mailed to you, will reflect all applicable discounts.
Currently Registering by Mail with Payment
AICPA sponsored program fees listed in course catalogs and other printed advertisements Do Not reflect the AICPA rebate discounts and you must deduct the $30 course fee from the amount listed when mailing a payment with a registration form in advance of the course date.
Registering by Phone
The database determines all applicable discounts if you register by phone. The course fee on your mailed confirmation/invoice will reflect all applicable discounts.
Keep in mind, you must be a current AICPA member to qualify for the $30 AICPA rebate. The LCPA must have your AICPA member ID number listed in your Society member record.
*This rebate does not apply to the following AICPA courses: STP1A, STP2A or any 4-hour AICPA courses.
