Our Annual Index and Monthly CPE Catalogs are invaluable to CPAs for the planning of required continuing professional education courses. CPAs must take 120 hours of professional education courses every three years to maintain their licenses. The Annual CPE Index Catalog is published in April. Our Monthly CPE Catalogs are published seven times a year and feature courses within 30 to 70 days from publication.

The Society of Louisiana CPAs reserves the right to refuse any advertising. Advertisements for any non-LCPA sponsored professional education program will not be accepted. Ad space cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the publication date to avoid a cancellation fee. Advertising agencies and/or authorized agents placing ads for a client/third party assume all responsibility for payment.

Terms:

  • Lagniappe and online classified advertisers are charged by the word. The following are considered words and are charged as such: "a", "and", "the", "&", and phone numbers, including area code.
  • Lagniappe classified ads will run in the next issue or as specified by the advertiser.
  • Online ads run for a 30-day period and are posted every Monday morning. Copy must be received by Friday to be posted on the following Monday. Ads can be removed at your request before the end of the 30-day period, but fee is not reduced.
  • Advertisers who request that inquiries be forwarded to a blind box will receive replies via e-mail and regular mail, depending on how responses are submitted. Written replies are collected at the LCPA and mailed weekly to the advertiser.

Conferences provide a unique and exciting opportunity to network with your target market, promote your name and interests, and explain your products and services in a one-on-one atmosphere. Gold sponsorship at conferences denotes highest recognition and prestige. Silver sponsorship packages publicize your company at a valued cost. Gold Sponsorship is exclusive to one company. Multiple Silver sponsors are accepted, but are limited to one per business type (e.g. insurance, software).

Sponsorships are secured on a first-come basis. Full payment must accompany exhibit contract. Cancellations are refundable if submitted in writing at least 90 calendar days prior to the conference. Cancellations submitted in writing less than 90 days, but more than 60 days will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be given to cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference.

If a representative from your company cannot attend the conference, the LCPA gives you the opportunity to promote your products and services with our Take One Table option. When you choose the Take One option, we will make your materials available to conference attendees. Simply ship us the materials you would like displayed, and we will place them on a table with your company’s name. You also will receive the list of conference registrants. Remaining materials may be shipped back at the exhibitor’s expense.

Your Exhibitor Package includes the following:

  • 10' x 10' booth space
  • 1 draped table 6 feet long (Extra tables are available for an additional charge.)
  • Electrical outlet (upon request)
  • 2 chairs
  • 2 lunches, per booth, per day (Extra lunches are available for an additional charge.)

Please note: Extra tables and lunches are available at an additional charge and must be ordered prior to the conference.

Exhibitors agree not to break down exhibits until the end of the event's final break.
